We are committed to do our part to continue to protect our families and our community against transmission of COVID-19. To keep you and our team safe, we will be following these protocols:
Clinic:
- There will be fewer scheduled appointments to provide time for room cleaning and preparation, as well as to reduce the number of clients in the clinic and to allow for physical distancing.
- There will be additional cleaning of all common areas.
- The waiting room will not be available at this time; text 778-679-0695 when you arrive, and we will let you in.
- No staff member will be allowed to enter or stay in the clinic with ANY signs of illness, and staff will do a self-screen daily, prior to arriving.
- All practitioners will wear a mask while in the clinic.
- Our Kinesiologist is double vaccinated, and physical distances during treatments.
Clients:
- Clients will receive and email one hour before their scheduled appointment t0 be screened for illness and recent travel prior to attending in-person appointments.
- Please reschedule your appointment if you do not feel well or have recently come into contact with someone who is confirmed or suspected of Covid-19. No cancellation fees will be charged.
- Wearing a mask while you are in the clinic is optional. If you do not have your own mask, disposable masks will be available for sale for $2.
- Please come to the clinic at your appointment time; avoid coming early. Please wait outside until a practitioner comes to get you. Text 778-679-0695 when you arrive.
- Attend your appointment alone, if possible, to reduce the number of people in the clinic.
- All clients will be asked to wash their hands upon entrance to the clinic and at the end of their session.
If you are still not at ease with the prospect of in-person appointments, that’s ok! We can still help you with our telehealth appointments. We have had great success with telehealth sessions; give us call if you have any questions or would like to book.
